Can I include an appliance?

Yes, an eligible appliance up to 250 lb and 7 feet long, emptied and disconnected. Refrigerators, freezers and other cooling appliances need a separate quote.

Do I need a photo?

You can start without one. We may request a photo or appliance model to resolve an eligibility question.

Is my pickup booked when I finish?

No. Completing your details starts the eligibility check. Price and pickup timing must be confirmed before your pickup is booked.
