We don't charge by square footage or by the room. If a two-car garage only has one wall of boxes and a dead fridge, you pay for that volume, not for the garage.

Attics are usually holiday bins, hand-me-down furniture, and insulation-dusted boxes; ladder work is included. A basement-plus-attic combo commonly lands at the three-quarter tier, $499.
Moisture-damaged goods can't be donated, so they go straight to disposal. Widespread mold on the structure itself gets flagged before we proceed, not discovered on your invoice.
Included: all lifting and loading, shelving teardown, appliance removal (refrigerant recovered properly), donation runs with itemized receipts, and a broom-swept floor. Changes the price: only volume and a $49 surcharge at 3+ flights of stairs. Your ZIP code doesn't change it; pricing is the same across all 25 metro cities.
A few regulated chemicals may not be accepted; we flag them from your shelf photos and point you to county hazardous-waste disposal.

No. Showing up to an untouched space is the standard job. The crew sorts as it loads: donation-grade items to charity, metals and e-waste to recycling, and junk to the truck. Anything that looks personal or valuable is set aside for your call.
