Buford homes on Lake Lanier come with unique haul-away needs — old docks, jet ski covers, boat lifts. We have lake-shore experience and the right truck setup to get gear out of waterside basements.
We regularly handle: Lake Lanier dock and pontoon removal, hot tub removals, large estate cleanouts in Hamilton Mill.
Same public pricing as the rest of metro Atlanta. Dump fees and labor included. Stairs surcharge ($49) only for 3+ flights.
Buford jobs trend big and outdoorsy: barn and outbuilding cleanouts toward the Hall County line, garage clears where lake gear multiplied for a decade, leftover-material hauls after builder punch-lists in Hamilton Mill, and deck or fence tear-out debris. Big loads don't scare the pricing — the tier chart tops out at a full 15-yard truck, and multi-truck jobs just stack tiers with no surcharge nonsense.
Yes — we bring the labor for exactly this. Multi-load barn clears are normal Buford work: we sort donation and scrap out first, so the dump fraction is smaller than the pile suggests.
Yes, treated lumber included — it loads with the rest and routes to the right facility. Pulled nails not required.
We sort every Gwinnett load: donation-worthy items to local charities (you get the receipts), scrap metal and appliances to recyclers, electronics handled properly, and the remainder to the county-approved facility — with the dump fee already baked into your quoted price. The number we text you is the number you pay.
Acreage-scale piles need a crew that shows up staffed, not a guy with a trailer. Full trucks, published tiers, no rural surcharge.
Same crews, same upfront pricing across the metro area. If your address is near Buford but not listed below, just give us a call.
