Dunwoody is the Perimeter Mall corridor — many 4,000+ sq ft homes from the 70s-80s with packed basements when owners downsize. Full-truck and estate jobs are our bread and butter here.
We regularly handle: basement and attic cleanouts in 1980s ranch homes, hot tub removals, large estate downsizing.
Same public pricing as the rest of metro Atlanta. Dump fees and labor included. Stairs surcharge ($49) only for 3+ flights.
Dunwoody's classic job is the two-car garage storing zero cars — decades of bikes, paint cans, holiday bins, and a treadmill with clothes on it, from Mill Glen to Brookfield West. Add Perimeter-area office cleanouts and the downsizing wave as longtime owners sell to younger families, and our trucks are in Dunwoody most weeks. HOA-sensitive scheduling and a swept driveway are part of the service.
Yes — we stage in your driveway or curbside, protect surfaces on the carry path, and leave nothing behind but sweep marks. HOA neighborhoods are most of our Dunwoody map.
Latex paint, most batteries, and common garage chemicals — yes, handled through proper channels. A couple of items are regulated exceptions; text photos of the shelf and we'll flag anything we can't load.
Every load we haul out of DeKalb gets split three ways before anything hits the landfill: donation-grade furniture and household goods go to local charities (receipts back to you), metals, appliances, and e-waste route to recyclers, and only the true junk rides to the dump. Dump fees are already in your price — the county facility's scale ticket is our problem, not a line item on your bill.
The garage didn't get full overnight, but it can get empty in an afternoon — priced by the fraction of truck it fills, dump fees included.
Same crews, same upfront pricing across the metro area. If your address is near Dunwoody but not listed below, just give us a call.
