Two & Through Junk Removal LLC ("Two & Through," "TNT," "we," "us," or "our") is a Georgia limited liability company providing junk hauling, estate cleanouts, construction debris removal, and junk vehicle removal services across the Atlanta metro area.
This Privacy Policy applies to twoandthroughjunk.com, our quote forms, our SMS & voice systems, and any other digital surface we operate. By using these services you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — name, phone number, email, and service address when you request a quote, call us, text us a photo, or book a job.
- Job details — what you need hauled, photos you send, access notes, and any specifics you share over the phone or by message.
- Payment information — when you pay, payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe and/or Square). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps, gathered through standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies & pixels — we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and improve the site. You can opt out at the browser level or via the controls in Section 8.
- Call & SMS metadata — when you call (678) 325-0470, our AI receptionist (Beside.ai) captures call audio, transcripts, caller ID, and call timing. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Information from third parties
- Lead platforms — if you reach us through Google Local Services, Angi, Yelp, or another directory, that platform may share your contact and job details with us.
- Map & geocoding — when you provide an address, we may use Google Maps to verify service area, route, and timing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests, schedule and complete jobs, and provide customer service.
- Send you quote replies, appointment confirmations, day-of arrival texts, and post-job receipts (SMS and email).
- Process payments and handle invoicing.
- Improve our website, ad targeting, AI receptionist responses, and crew dispatching.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
4. SMS & Messaging
When you text us a photo or fill out a quote form with your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Two & Through related to your quote and job (quote reply, scheduling, day-of arrival, receipt). Standard message and data rates apply.
We may also send occasional promotional messages (typically <1 per month). You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of promotional SMS will not affect transactional messages tied to an active job.
Message frequency varies. No mobile information (including your phone number) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
5. AI Voice Receptionist
Calls to (678) 325-0470 are answered by an AI voice assistant powered by Beside.ai. The assistant qualifies your job, captures contact details, and routes complex calls to a human teammate. Call audio and transcripts are stored by Beside.ai and accessible to TNT staff for quality, training, and follow-up. By calling us you consent to call recording.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — including hosting (Hostinger, Cloudflare), CRM (GoHighLevel), Monday.com (lead tracking), Beside.ai (voice AI), Twilio (SMS, when active), Google Workspace (email), Stripe / Square (payments), Google Analytics & Google Ads, and Meta (Pixel). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform their services for us.
- Subcontracted crews and partners in rare overflow cases, limited to the information needed to complete your job.
- Authorities when required by law, valid subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — your information would transfer subject to this policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain customer records for as long as needed to provide service, comply with our legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for financial records under Georgia law), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing analytics data is retained per the defaults of our analytics providers (Google Analytics: 14 months; Meta: 13 months). You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 9.
8. Cookies & Tracking Choices
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and ad performance. You can:
- Adjust cookie settings in your browser to block or delete cookies.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

10. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards — including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, file-system permissions, server-side firewalls, and access controls — to protect your information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
12. International Users
Our services are intended for residents of the United States, specifically the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the site or by email if we have your address.
14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved as set out in our Terms of Service.
