1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website twoandthroughjunk.com and the junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and vehicle removal services provided by Two & Through Junk Removal LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Two & Through," "TNT," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the site, requesting a quote, or hiring us for a job, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide non-hazardous junk hauling, furniture and appliance removal, estate and home cleanouts, garage / basement / attic cleanouts, construction debris removal, yard debris removal, and junk vehicle removal in the Atlanta metropolitan service area. What we will NOT haul

For safety, legal, and environmental reasons, we cannot accept:

• Hazardous waste (paints, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, batteries — except small household batteries by prior arrangement)
• Asbestos, lead-based products, medical waste, biohazards, or chemical waste
• Ammunition, firearms, or explosives
• Refrigerators or AC units without prior notice (Freon requires special handling — surcharge applies)
• Items that exceed safe lifting and loading capacity without an agreed surcharge

If our crew arrives and finds prohibited items, we may decline the job or charge an additional disposal fee. We will always tell you before charging.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Public pricing tiers are posted on our homepage. Quotes provided by phone, text, online form, or our AI voice receptionist are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by our crew on-site after assessing actual volume, weight, access, and any prohibited items.

What's included

• All labor and loading
• Standard dump and disposal fees
• Sweep-up and basic site cleanup after the load
• Donation of usable items where practical, at our discretion

Additional charges may apply

• Stairs surcharge — $49 for 3 or more flights of stairs
• Same-day rush — $75 for jobs booked and completed the same day
• Specialty items — hot tubs, pianos, pool tables, and similar items priced per item (typically $299+)
• Refrigerant-containing appliances — surcharge for EPA-compliant disposal
• Excessive weight or distance — additional fees disclosed before loading

4. Booking & Cancellation

Jobs may be booked by phone, text, online form, or through our AI receptionist. A booking is confirmed when we send a written confirmation (SMS or email) with a date and arrival window.

Cancellation by you:

• Free cancellation with at least 4 hours' notice before your scheduled arrival window.
• Cancellation with less than 4 hours' notice may incur a $49 trip fee.
• If our crew is on-site and you cancel, the trip fee is $99.

Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any job due to weather, safety, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will not be charged.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job, before our crew leaves the site, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and (for invoiced commercial accounts) ACH transfer.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and/or Square. We do not store full card numbers.

For commercial accounts or invoiced jobs, payment is net 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Past-due invoices may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.

6. Junk Vehicle Removal

For junk car / vehicle removal jobs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the vehicle and have authority to sell or dispose of it.
• The vehicle title is clean and not subject to any active lien (or, if a lien exists, you have disclosed it before booking).
• You will provide the title and a valid government-issued ID at the time of pickup as required by Georgia law.
• You have removed all personal property from the vehicle prior to pickup.

Cash offers are based on the information you provide and are subject to verification at pickup. We reserve the right to adjust or rescind an offer if the vehicle's condition materially differs from your description.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of items to be hauled and the job site.
• Confirm you own or have authority to dispose of the items.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the job site (clear pathways, parking for our truck).
• Be present (or have an authorized adult present) during the job, or provide clear written instructions for unattended jobs.
• Inform us in advance of any hazards, sensitive items, or unique access conditions.

8. Disposal & Donation

We recycle and donate items where practical. Once loaded onto our truck, items become our property and we dispose of, donate, or recycle them at our sole discretion. We cannot return items after loading — please double-check before we leave.

9. Limitation of Liability

We carry general liability insurance and will repair or replace property we damage through our negligence, subject to the limits below.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage to driveways, lawns, or landscaping reasonably incident to driving and loading a 15-cubic-yard truck.
• Items you decide to keep after we have left.
• Items mistakenly included in the haul that were not clearly separated.
• Pre-existing damage to walls, floors, doors, or property.

To file a damage claim, notify us in writing within 7 days of the job at hello@twoandthroughjunk.com with photos and a description.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Two & Through Junk Removal LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misrepresentation of items or job site conditions, (c) hazardous or prohibited items knowingly included in your job, or (d) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

11. Website Use

The content on twoandthroughjunk.com — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and code — is the property of Two & Through Junk Removal LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with site operations, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

12. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number to Two & Through Junk Removal (for example, on a quote form or by text), you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your request, including quote replies, appointment scheduling and confirmations, day-of arrival and ETA updates, and post-job follow-ups, plus occasional offers if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details. Our text messaging program is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older; by opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for express written warranties, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@twoandthroughjunk.com or (678) 325-0470 first. We will try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Venue. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently waived.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written job confirmation we send you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Two & Through Junk Removal LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
