Brookhaven has both million-dollar Historic Brookhaven estates and a wave of teardown-rebuild lots in Ashford Park. We work both ends — white-glove cleanouts and rough construction hauls.
We regularly handle: new-construction debris in Ashford Park, condo move-out cleanouts at Town Brookhaven, full estate cleanouts in Historic Brookhaven.
Same public pricing as the rest of metro Atlanta. Dump fees and labor included. Stairs surcharge ($49) only for 3+ flights.
Brookhaven keeps two junk streams running at once: apartment and condo turnover along Buford Highway and Dresden Drive — mattresses, abandoned furniture, the stuff tenants leave at 11pm — and renovation debris from the ranch-flipping wave through Ashford Park and Lynwood Park. We work both sides: property managers get multi-unit sweeps on one invoice, homeowners get demo debris gone between contractor phases.
Yes — multi-unit turnover sweeps are a Brookhaven staple. One scheduled visit, per-unit notes if your books need them, and the dumpster corral stays usable.
Usually same-day or next-morning. Send a photo of the pile and we'll text back the exact tier price — drywall, cabinets, flooring, all fine.
Every load we haul out of DeKalb gets split three ways before anything hits the landfill: donation-grade furniture and household goods go to local charities (receipts back to you), metals, appliances, and e-waste route to recyclers, and only the true junk rides to the dump. Dump fees are already in your price — the county facility's scale ticket is our problem, not a line item on your bill.
Between tenant move-outs and remodel dumpster gaps, Brookhaven needs junk gone on a deadline. We schedule to the deadline, not to our convenience.
Same crews, same upfront pricing across the metro area. If your address is near Brookhaven but not listed below, just give us a call.
