Contractor
finished?
We clear the mess.
Drywall · Lumber · Concrete · Roofing
Renovation done. Demolition wrapped. Roof tear-off complete. Now there's a mountain in the driveway. Same-day hauling for active job sites. Net-15 for repeat contractors. Licensed, insured, locally owned — serving 25 metro cities.
Photo the pile. We clear the site.
Debris hauling that works around trades, not against them. No dumpster rental, no driveway scars, no permit.
Snap the pile
Photo from the site — driveway pile, garage stack, or room-by-room tear-out. We price it by truck fraction within minutes.
Schedule the gap
Between demo and rough-in, or the day the punch list closes. Same-day slots exist for piles blocking the next trade.
Load & leave it clean
Crew hand-loads, sweeps the staging area, and hauls to the proper facility. The site looks inspection-ready, not just emptier.
What renovation debris actually costs.
Same published tiers as every TNT job, labor and dump fees included. One honest caveat: dense materials — concrete, brick, tile, shingles — hit weight limits before volume limits, so they price as partial loads even when the pile looks small.
If the reno produced it, we take it.
Mixed loads welcome — demo debris rides with old fixtures and packaging in one truck, one price.
Drywall & plaster
Sheets, chunks, and the dust-bagged mess from demo day.
Lumber & framing
Studs, subfloor, trim, pallets — nails in, no problem.
Flooring & tile
Hardwood, laminate, carpet and pad, ceramic and stone tile.
Cabinets & fixtures
Kitchens and baths: cabinets, counters, vanities, tubs, toilets, sinks.
Roofing debris
Shingles and underlayment — weight-priced, honestly quoted upfront.
Windows & doors
Old sashes, sliders, and door slabs, glass and all.
Concrete & brick
Broken slab, block, and brick in weight-limited loads.
Mixed reno loads
The everything pile at the end of the job — we sort it on our end.
Dumpster math vs. junk-removal math.
When a dumpster loses
A dumpster means a permit question, a driveway plate, a week of rental, and you doing the loading. We show up staffed, load it ourselves in an hour or two, and charge only the truck fraction the debris fills. For anything under a whole-house gut, the crew usually wins on both price and driveway condition.
The heavy-material caveat
Concrete, brick, tile, dirt, and shingles are weight-limited — a truck can hit legal load limits with the bed only partly full. We say this upfront because surprise weight fees are the industry's favorite trick. Ours are already in the tier quote you get from your photos.
What we can't take
Asbestos-containing material, open paint and solvents, and other regulated hazmat need licensed abatement or county hazardous-waste disposal — no legitimate hauler can load them. Everything else from a standard residential reno is fair game.

Hi, we're Naeem & Karriem.
Born and raised in metro Atlanta, we got tired of watching our neighbors get the runaround from junk haulers — "we'll quote on-site" turning into $400 surprises, "same-day" turning into next-week, "licensed" turning into hopefully.
So we built Two & Through to be everything those guys aren't. Public pricing. Real same-day SLA. Real licensing and $1M GL insurance. Locally owned, every job on our truck.
Contractors gave us our first repeat business — because the price from the photo is the price on the invoice, every time. The price from the approved scope is the price the crew follows.

Asked before booking. Answered here.
Do you take concrete, brick, or dirt?
Yes, in weight-limited loads — dense material hits legal truck weight before it fills the bed, so it prices as a partial load. We quote it honestly from your photos before anything is scheduled.
Can you come the same day the trades finish?
Usually. Debris blocking the next phase gets priority routing — text photos in the morning and the pile is typically gone by end of day.
Do I need a permit like I would for a dumpster?
No. Our truck arrives, loads, and leaves the same visit — nothing sits on the street or driveway, so there's nothing to permit.
Do you take roofing shingles?
Yes — weight-priced like other dense debris. A full tear-off usually runs multiple weight-capped loads; we quote the total before starting.
What about asbestos or lead-paint material?
We can't take regulated hazmat — that requires licensed abatement. We'll haul everything else and point you to the right channel for the rest.
Do contractors get invoicing?
Yes — Net-15 for repeat partners, per-site documentation, one point of contact. Ask for the partner setup on your first booking.
Will loading damage the driveway?
No dumpster scrape, no roll-off marks — everything is hand-loaded or dollied onto the truck. The driveway looks exactly like it did before we came.
